It enables people to increase control over and to improve their health through health promotion, disease prevention, disease management and supportive care. In a bid to shift the emphasis of the current healthcare system and people&#8217;s mindset from treatment oriented to prevention focused, Primary Healthcare Office of the Health Bureau set up District Health Centre (DHC) in southern district to provide primary healthcare services through medical-social collaboration and public-private
