Become Network Service Provider
The Southern District Health Centre will purchase services from non-governmental organisations in the district/ neighbouring areas to establish a network of district health centres. Network service providers include:
- Medical Practitioner
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational therapist
- Dietitian
- Podiatrist
- Speech therapist
- Optometrist
- Chinese Medicine Practitioner
The government will provide subsidies for the services of the district health centre network, and the district health centre operators will sign contracts with the district network service providers.
Enrolment to DHC Network
- Medical Practitioners and Chinese Medicine Practitioners must be listed in the Primary Care Directory of the Primary Healthcare Office (PHO) of the Health Bureau.
- To facilitate choice of the client and to enhance transparency of DHC service charging, Medical Practitioners are required to list out its standard DHC medical consultation charge.
- Network service providers including Medical Practitioners, Chinese Medicine Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and optometrists must enrol in the eHRSS. Clinical information will be shared in the eHRSS to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
